POSITION SUMMARY

Located in the Toledo market, this position offers the opportunity to function as a crew lead and to interact with customers through the installation of solid surface, granite, and quartz surfaces. See the fruits of your labor as you transform spaces! Day-to-day responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring strong communication with customers (including effective problem resolution when applicable)
  • Reading orders and installing countertops to customer specifications
  • Facilitating safe, efficient, and precise installation of products
  • Obtaining proper customer sign off for work completed

This position offers a $350 annual clothing allowance for uniform, protective footwear, and PPE.

REQUIRED EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

  • High School diploma/GED required
  • Chauffer’s license with a clean driving record (can assist with obtaining chauffeur's license)
  • At least one year of installation experience

  • Ability to meet deadlines
  • Ability to safely operate all tools and equipment in the fabricating shop and on the installation truck
  • Ability to work independently or as a part of a team
  • Commitment to work safely and efficiently at all times
  • Ability to read a tape measure
  • Dependable and reliable
  • Ability to safely lift and move granite and quartz countertop products and other heavy materials
  • Ability to draw CAD (AutoCAD) beneficial but not required, install experience, and/or templating experience
