Lumber1 Home Center is seeking a self-starter, highly motivated individual responsible for providing accurate design, calculating estimates, and selling cabinets in our Design Center at our Col Glenn location

Qualified applicants will have:

• Experience with cabinet design and sales
• Familiarity with 2020 Design
• Field experience (measuring/installing) a plus
• Must be able to read, interpret and accurately take-off construction and architectural drawings and specifications
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office applications such as Word, Excel and Outlook
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills

Job Requirements:

• Meet face-to-face with customers
• Prepare detailed designs and estimates in a timely manner
• Compute cost factors when preparing estimates
• Manage and coordinate change order requests
• Manage and coordinate with installation crews
• Obtain pricing from vendors when applicable
• Communicate effectively regarding acknowledgment dates and on-time delivery and installation
• Work an occasional Saturday
