Kelli's has an immediate opening for a Truck Loader in our main warehouse in Carrollton. Under the direction of the warehouse manager, you will move shipments of products from within the warehouse to the loading dock. You will then load products into the trucks. This is a physically demanding job, so you must be able to stand, squat, and bend for long periods, as well as lift up to 60 pounds. No experience is necessary, as we will provide on-the-job training.

Truck Loader Duties and Responsibilities

• Move products by hand from a conveyor into a shipping trailer.
• Load trucks efficiently without damaging products.
• Review each load and document properly when you have finished loading up.
• Maintain shipping line cleanliness while loading the truck.
• Help shipping line clerk pack boxes with void fill.
• Ability to pay attention to detail, for example making sure shipping labels are on every carton, heavy cartons are not stacked on light cartons.
• Transport product to the shipping line using a standup forklift.

Salary: $15.50 per hour to start (after 90 days you are eligible for our wage scale which grants you incremental raises every 90 days for the 1st year, every 6 months for 2nd year)

Hours:

• 7AM – 3:30PM with periodic overtime.

• High school diploma or GED certificate.
• Ability to stand, squat, and bend for extended periods.
• Forklift experience preferred but not required, we will train you.
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds.
