Job Description

We are seeking a full-time Media Buyer to join our team and manage TikTok Shop Ads and campaign strategies. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the TikTok Ads Manager for various clients, creating and maintaining a feedback loop with our content team, and providing insights on the best-performing content styles. You will participate in multiple weekly check-in calls and benefit from a strong learning environment designed to help you become an exceptional TikTok Shop media buyer.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and optimize all active ad campaigns to ensure they meet KPI requirements.
  • Expertly manage ad spend as determined by you and the client on TikTok Ads Manager.
  • Track and analyze data for each campaign, comparing them against each other.
  • Collaborate with the content team to create a feedback loop on best-performing videos.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest changes to TikTok trends.
  • Provide daily performance reports for each client.
  • Compile and send weekly performance reports to clients.
  • Conduct A/B testing to determine the effectiveness of different ad creatives and strategies.
  • Assist in creating and refining targeting strategies to reach the desired audience effectively.
  • Provide recommendations for budget allocation and bid strategies to maximize ROI.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business goals and translate them into effective ad campaigns.
  • Conduct competitive analysis to identify industry trends and insights.
  • Troubleshoot any issues related to ad delivery or performance and provide timely resolutions.

Qualifications

  • 1 year of experience in managing paid social channels (TikTok, Meta, Snap, Pinterest).
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication abilities, with experience using Slack and Loom for daily communication.
  • In-depth knowledge of the TikTok advertising platform and consumer behaviors on the platform.
  • Analytical approach to content performance.
  • Self-motivated with effective time management skills – ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
  • Strong creative thinking skills and the ability to contribute innovative ideas.
  • Experience in creating and managing budgets for ad campaigns.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Understanding of SEO and content marketing strategies is a plus.
