The Facilities Coordinator is responsible for assisting in many different facility and space planning projects. This includes the coordination of our door access and alarm system. The person occupying this position is expected to oversee many different projects from start to finish while upholding Lulus' core values. As a result of this person's efforts, Lulus will be able to plan and coordinate many different facility-related projects efficiently and effectively.
What You'll Do
Coordinate repair and maintenance of Conveyor Systems
Operate Baler and prepares baled material for disposition
Coordinates project teams based on assignment or project
Lead and assist in the assembly of furniture for facilities
Helps coordinate and execute moving plans
Coordinates repair and maintenance of facilities with vendors and contractors
Other assignments as assigned by the Director of Administrative Operations
Assists Facilities Coordinator with Access Control System
What You'll Need
Excellent communication; written, oral, and group facilitation
Demonstrate cooperative behavior with colleagues, supervisors, and managers at all times
Work well under pressure. Meet multiple, and sometimes, competing deadlines
Ability to lead and motivate others
Ability to apply logical thinking and sound judgment to a wide range of practical problems
One year of experience in a warehouse or assistant type position
