Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Pet Groomer to join our team. As a Pet Groomer, you will be responsible for providing professional grooming services to our furry clients. This is a hands-on role that requires experience and knowledge in pet care, grooming techniques, and animal handling.

Duties:
- Perform grooming services such as bathing, brushing, haircuts, nail trims, and ear cleaning
- Assess the condition of pets' coats and skin, and recommend appropriate grooming services
- Handle pets with care and ensure their safety throughout the grooming process
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the grooming area and equipment
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing clients' concerns and preferences
- Communicate effectively with pet owners to understand their specific grooming requests
- Monitor pets for any signs of health issues or abnormalities and report them to the appropriate staff

Experience:
- must have or be willing to get a pacfa license to groom. The cost is $400.00 a year. We can train to groom but must get license. We can help with that process if interested.
- Knowledge of different dog breeds, coat types, and grooming styles
- Proficiency in handling dogs of all sizes and -temperments.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 50 pounds) when handling larger dogs
- Basic understanding of dog training techniques is a plus

- Strong animal handling skills with a gentle approach
- Excellent attention to detail for precision grooming
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Good communication skills to interact with pet owners effectively
