Minimum Qualifications Summary
Certification & Education	High school education required Bachelor degree preferred Active SECRET Clearance If applicants are previous military personnel, they shall have received an honorable discharge from military service and have never lost applied specialization during their military career.
Experience Required	Should have 5 years within the last 10 years of active-duty service executing and leading NSW or SOF organization operations and professional development activities (Platoon/Boat Detachment-Troop Leadership level or higher, preferred). Minimum of 3 years demonstrated experience documenting scope and objectives for training and professional development. Minimum of 3 years demonstrated experience reviewing, analyzing, developing, and managing operational requirements. Strong technical writing skills and experience commensurate with LDA programs requirements to evaluate and inform as to software tool performance. Minimum of 2 years of experience within the last 3 years performing software evaluation and customization efforts supporting UCD team activities.

Job Objective

Assist Government with functions to analyze, provide program feedback, and coordinate program activities to digitally capture individual, unit, and organizational performance data.

Responsibilities

Assist Government with onsite (garrison command or field training) training and other program data collection activities as required (to include government sponsored travel).
Assist LDA Management Office with NSW stakeholders and users from Major Command Leadership level down through subordinate echelons/individuals
Telework is anticipated: A Minimum of 2 days per week onsite/live and in person, with up to 5 days as required for specific work taskings. This is a salaried, hybrid remote position that requires firm commitment to long lead time scheduled events including frequent travel. When not travelling, the team can expect between 2-5 workdays per week onsite at NSW facilities
Contribute to the development and delivery of LDA Programs training, documentation, and standardized best practices.
Provide expertise as a SME in SOF/NSW operations, training, and professional development to bolster program effectiveness.
Assist NSW with stakeholder and end-user software customization needs in the UCD process to "identify, evaluate/prioritize, & drive the evolving software solution outcomes.
Engage with stakeholders in evaluation related activities to facilitate effective and high-quality data collection.
Provide software tool expertise to assist users with operational and technical issues.
Apply program currency as the science of identifying and capturing individual performance evolves.

Education & Certification

High school education required
