Job Title: Content Producer

Department: Video Production

Reports to: Creative Director

Job Summary:

As a Content Producer for Luke Pepper Creative, you will play a crucial role in creating engaging video content for our blue-collar customers. This is a hybrid position, requiring you to work in the office two to three days per week. You will be responsible for video production, photography, video editing, photo editing, and assisting in various production tasks.

Duties/Responsibilities:

Video Production: Collaborate with the team to produce high-quality video content that resonates with our target audience.

Photography: Capture compelling visuals through photography, ensuring that images align with the brand and project requirements.

Video Editing: Utilize your skills in video editing to enhance and refine footage, delivering polished final products.

Photo Editing: Edit photos to meet project specifications and maintain a consistent visual style.

Production Assistant: Provide support to the production team, assisting in various tasks to ensure smooth project execution.

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Proficiency with SONY camera systems.
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud, especially in video and photo editing software.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with other team members, fostering a creative and productive work environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills to understand and meet the needs of blue-collar customers.
  • Strong attention to detail, ensuring the quality and accuracy of all produced content.
  • Effective time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines in a dynamic work environment.
  • Ability to thrive in a high-paced and sometimes stressful production environment.

Education and Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least two years of related experience in video and photo production.

Physical Requirements:

Must be able to work in all weather conditions.

Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds.

Job Type: Contract 1099

Salary: From $15.00 per hour

Contract: 6 month contract and will revisit

Ability to commute/relocate:

Thomaston, CT : Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
