Job Summary:The Continuous Improvement Specialist analyzes, maintains, and improves organizational performance. They are responsible for deploying business strategy through collection and presentation of key performance indicators and executing either as team lead or coach for corporate and plant level initiatives. The Continuous Improvement Specialist will establish training programs to support Lufkin Continuous Improvement and sustainable process management systems. To ensure success, they must have strong communication skills, ability to work as an individual contributor as well as being capable of identifying and developing internal talent.
