We are looking to add a Bakery Fryer to our team. Scheduling is flexible but we are looking for someone to fry Donuts for the next day. Either starting in the late afternoon or working overnights. Job Duties:

· Customer Service

o Provide exceptional customer service by helping customers locate products and answering inquiries.

o Contribute to the customer-centric culture by promoting exceptional service standards and resolving customer complaints or concerns promptly and satisfactorily.

· Production

o Prepare donut batter according to recipes and production schedules.

o Operate and monitor donut frying equipment to achieve consistent quality, taste, and texture.

o Fry donuts to the appropriate level of doneness, ensuring proper color and texture.

o Rotate and replenish donut inventory to maintain freshness and variety.

· Quality Control

o Inspect donuts for appearance, size, and consistency.

o Ensure that all donuts meet established quality standards and are free from defects.

o Make adjustments to frying temperature and time as needed to achieve desired results.

· Food Safety and Hygiene

o Follow proper food handling and safety guidelines to prevent cross-contamination and ensure the highest level of food safety.

o Monitor and maintain proper food temperatures throughout preparation and display.

o Regularly sanitize workstations, utensils, and equipment to maintain a clean and safe environment.

· Team Collaboration

o Communicate effectively with fellow co-workers to provide seamless customer service and maintain efficient store operations.

o Complete other tasks as dictated by management.

o Assist in training new hires as required.

· Compliance and Policies

o Follow proper procedures for storing, handling, and disposing of products, especially perishable items.

o Comply with company, state, and federal guidelines related to food safety, sanitation, and hygiene.
