Are you passionate about puppies? Do you have excellent communication skills and love helping people find their perfect furry companion? We are looking for a friendly and enthusiastic puppy sale representative to join our team! As a puppy sale representative, you will play a vital role in matching potential pet owners with the right puppies.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide them with a warm and welcoming experience when they visit our store or contact us remotely
• Listen attentively to customers' preferences and requirements, and provide them with guidance to find the most suitable puppy for their lifestyle
• Conduct in-depth conversations with customers, asking key questions to assess their readiness to commit to a new puppy
• Showcase puppies to customers, helping them interact with the puppies and providing information about their temperament, breed, and care needs
• Assist customers in completing necessary paperwork and guide them through the adoption process
• Provide ongoing customer service and support to new puppy owners, answering any questions or concerns they may have
• Collaborate with the rest of the team to ensure the store is clean, organized, and welcoming at all times

Requirements

• Experience working in a customer-facing role, preferably in a sales or customer service position
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A genuine love for puppies and a good understanding of different dog breeds
• Patience and an ability to listen to customers' needs and empathize with their concerns
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work well in a team, as well as independently
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with sales software systems

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $12.00 - $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 35 per week
