We are seeking a successful Lead Generator with the ability to think on their feet, overcome objections and a competitive and high energy level. You must be a team player, self-starter, and goal oriented. This role is pivotal to the success of our company by enhancing our outreach efforts thereby creating new business opportunities. Your daily duties you will perform to contribute to our team’s success:· Capture and develop leads for generating new business through proactive daily prospecting· Spark interest in customers by enthusiastically introducing products, demonstrate exceptional product knowledge to relate to each new opportunity.· Show up every day with a Smile, provide relentless excellent customer service ,prioritize, manage multiple tasks and build relationships.· * Guide customers to maximize our customer service, opportunities and promote our company by choosing to show up every day with the best possible version of yourself.· * Collaborating with the sales team and office to share knowledge and provide suggestions for best practices· * Conduct productive conversations with financing partners staff to optimize relationship. MUST HAVE RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION, WILLING TO COMMUTE AND ACCEPT DIFFERENT JOB SITE LOCATIONS.MUST BE ABLE TO WORK WEEKENDS, HOLIDAYS, EVENINGS, MID-WEEK DAYS. MUST POSSESS HONEST AND TRUSTWORTHY JOB ETHICS.· Prerequisites: exceptional verbal skills, excellent listener, problem solver, sales-minded, coachable, personable., exercise persistence while generating leads using creative ideas.· Possess basic to intermediate skills in computer, phone, email, online apps., phone skills.· While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand, walk, and sit at jobsite locations and/or events.
