Program Manager, Retail Systems Development

We are seeking a Program Manager to manage readiness and operational program workstreams schedules for Lucids Retail Commerce Systems Development team as we rapidly develop our global presence. This role will be reporting into a central PMO within the Retail organization and will be embedded with the Commerce Systems team to support directly. You will work in complex operational environments with our core Commerce Systems team while maintaining stakeholder relationships and driving workstreams/projects with our Sales, Service and Retail Operation teams; streamlining communication, workstream schedules, establish accountability and execution of tasks. This role will ensure workstream timelines are established and upheld to ensure successful strategic implementation. You will be required to seek continuous improvements and enhancements as the program matures and scales globally.

**Responsibilities:**

* Develop and manage program workstreams, prioritization, and coordination of activities for Lucids Commerce Systems organization.

* Work together with Systems team to develop roadmaps, timelines, and product development milestones.

* Coordination with G&A functions critical to systems development: Finance, Legal, HR, Procurement.

* Develop streamline process and scale efforts to maintain smooth and efficient operations with business stakeholders.

* Establish detailed readiness tracker and process for reporting and executing all aspects of commerce systems development, operational readiness initiatives and program deliverables with key stakeholders to ensure timely end-to-end accountability, rapid response times and resolution.

* Execute and track program deliverables, milestones, action items, dependencies, risks, and mitigation plans.

* Coordinate business critical needs to drive the roadmap for Systems Development

* Understand various workstream delivery methods including design bid build, integrated project development, and fast track projects.

* Independently drive workstreams including structuring and breaking down complex problems, creating workplans, driving cross-functional alignment and ultimately delivering tailor-made recommendations and solutions that drive creative and rapid positive outcomes for the Business.

* Establish strong partnerships and influence with various teams without direct reporting structure.

* Understand and document technical and business dependencies between cross-functional /cross-organizational teams.

* Work closely with architects, engineering managers, and technical leads to ensure that the systems are production ready.

* Drive systems internationalization activities with key stakeholders across all operating markets to ensure the Retail team can conduct business locally.

* Support ad-hoc projects as needed.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

* 7 years of experience managing complex business operations critical cross functional programs.

* Relevant Bachelors degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

* Ability to understand Business and IT requirements, translate those business needs into a compelling solution and present your recommendations to executive, technical and business audiences.

* Knowledge of application development including understanding of enterprise application architecture, integration, principles, and tools.

* Strong communication skills with internal and external audiences at all levels.

* Independent thinker, self-starter and collaborative team player who is able execute at a high level in fast-paced environments while elevating and supporting colleagues.

* Passion and experience to continuously develop, improve, and maintain high standards.

* Experience working with project planning tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Smartsheets, Confluence, etc.).

* International business operations experience a plus.

* Start-up experience wearing multiple hats.

* Thrive on ambiguity and brings in clarity.
