Description:
Responsibilities:
- The Change Manager for the Treasury Web Application Infrastructure (TWAI) Change Management team, the position will be responsible for:
- Manage the lifecycle of all changes, with the primary responsibility of enabling changes to be made with minimal disruption to the business. Ensure adherence and compliance to support personnel and leadership to promote continuous improvement.
- Accepts, categorizes, and prioritizes change requests in line with business strategy and objectives.
- Participate in the Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings.
- Participate in the Internal Change Advisory Board (ICab) meetings.
- Evaluate changes in support of the Service Level Agreement (SLA) associated to the change management metric.
- Collaborating with TWAI personnel to ensure change records meet all process and procedure requirements.
- Managing the Change Management Team email box with peers
- Escalation invoked as appropriate per process.
- Reporting related to Change Management responsibilities.
- Participate in internal and external Change Management audits
- Responsible for understanding and adherence to the Change Management process and procedures.
- On-call responsibilities
- Client-interfacing role
- Collaboration working with other ITIL process areas, incident, problem and release management.
- ITIL foundations certified preferred.
Teamwork:
Education and Experience Required:
- Bachelorand#39;s degree in computer science, Engineering, Business, or related field or equivalent work experience.
- 2-4 years of experience in a change management role
- Comprehensive knowledge of business management principles, procedures, and systems
- Excellent communication, coaching, and mentoring skills
- Ability to effectively deal with stakeholders.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills to solve complex issues.
- Organizing multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
- ITIL Foundations Certification
- Proficient with MS Office: Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
- Critical thinking skills
- Professional communication skills both written and verbal.
