As the Delivery Experience Project Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the interactions of customers through their journey from placing an order into ownership. This person will drive the continued execution of programs and help implement new ideas. They will effectively drive project objectives while being agile within an ever-changing business environment. The ideal candidate has a unique perspective about how to deliver personalized, memorable experiences while constantly focusing on improving operational efficiencies.
The Role:
- Support existing programs across the delivery experience platform including, but not limited to, the customer walkthrough, gifting, and ownership educational content.
- Support implementation of new delivery experience programs.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with all internal and external partners and vendors.
- Assist in organization and coordination of delivery events with all cross-functional stakeholders, specifically Marketing and Brand.
- Effectively communicate updates and feedback to our delivery teams and relevant stakeholders.
- Maintain the Lucid Delivery Experience strategy through quality assurance, sustainability, personalization/customization, cost management, and understanding of post-luxury experience.
- Field general inquiries and feedback from various internal and external channels and with a high level of customer service, promptness, and professionalism, while escalating issues when needed.
- Serve as a point of contact for the delivery team and cross-functional team members, respond to project-related inquiries, in a prompt, responsive and professional manner.
- Provide on-site support for delivery program events and activities.
- Interact with various stakeholders and liaise with team members to execute delivery projects and events.
- Assist as needed with ad hoc projects as identified by your manager.
- Other duties as required to meet program goals and objectives.
You Bring:
- 2 years’ experience in project coordination, project management, customer experience, or event marketing coordination preferred.
- Proven understanding and ability to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
- Knowledgeable about automotive industry customer experience and standards preferred.
- Well versed in program/project management tools and strategies.
- Strong leadership skills, people skills, and a positive attitude.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, detail-oriented.
- Knowledgeable within shipping and receiving procedures and operations preferred.
- Self-starter who is goal-oriented, highly motivated, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to shift focus very quickly and adjust to rapidly changing priorities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and requests simultaneously while exceeding leadership quality of work expectations.
- Comfort working in an environment of ambiguity.
- Experience managing multiple projects and teams simultaneously, balancing priorities and resources against customer expectations to ensure on-time execution of work scope.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent relationship building and team leadership skills.
- Ability to travel within the US and Canada approx. 10-25%.
Salary Range: The compensation range for this position is specific to the locations listed below and is the range Lucid reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for the position taking into account the wide variety of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including job-related knowledge; skillset; experience, education and training; certifications; and other relevant business and organizational factors.
California/Bay Area: $96,000 - $120,000
Additional Compensation and Benefits: Lucid offers a wide range of competitive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability insurance, vacation, and 401k. The successful candidate may also be eligible to participate in Lucid’s equity program and/or a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing such programs. (Cash or equity incentive awards, if any, will depend on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and company performance.)
