LUCIA'S seeks new Staff members to join our tightly-knit team. The restaurant is open Wednesday through Sunday from 5 PM to 9/9:45 PM.

We will be focusing on the following positions, and offering Up to 4 or 5 dinner shifts a week, dinner 4:00 PM to close (9 or 10 PM):

- SERVERS

The ideal candidates have experience working in full service restaurants, with a keen sense of organization and detail. The candidate should also be able to take instruction and complete tasks with oversight and coaching. We are extensively looking for respectful team players with sense of urgency and attention to detail, great personality and ability to multi-task, strong work ethic, ambition and desire to learn.

Responsibilities:
· Execute service in collaboration with co-workers
· Ensure stations are stocked adequately
· Have input in ways to enhance the guest experience
· Put effort in optimizing service with attention to speed and quality
· Enforce strict health, hygiene, and quality standards
· Help to maintain a climate of smooth and friendly cooperation
· Become a part of service positively interacting with guests when possible

Requirements:

· Experience in Full Service restaurants
· Interest in various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and processes
· Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills
· Current Food Handler’s Card
· Ability to stand for extended periods of time & able to lift 50lbs or more
