Flex Administration Supervisor

Role Summary
The primary focus of the Flex Administration Supervisor is to administer Flex or HRA, process claims according to the IRS guidelines, determining if a member is eligible for Flex COBRA, order benefit cards, maintain eligibility and enrollment for flexible spending, dependent day care, transportation, and health reimbursement accounts, completing Non-Discrimination Testing, rollover, building new plans in the portal, employer/member access, maintaining the sweep & handling direct deposits. Flex Administration Supervisor is also the primary contact for our groups, members, brokers, sales and claims administration in answering questions and resolving issues regarding eligibility and claims.
