We are currently seeking a professional, energetic, and qualified individual to join our team as a Maintenance Assistant in our Skilled Long-term Care facility located in Cincinnati, OH.

Maintenance Assistant Key Duties:

• Assist in the maintenance, preventive maintenance, projects, and repair of all equipment within the facility.
• Assist in maintaining the grounds, building internal and external, equipment in a safe and efficient manner in accordance with current applicable federal, state, and local regulations.
• Performs cleanup at the end of the day or when the job is completed.
• Ability to be “on-call” for emergency situations. Oversee the department when Director is out of the facility.
• Perform other job-related duties as they become required. 

Maintenance Assistant Qualifications:

• Experience in a Skilled long term care environment or hospital preferred.
• Experience in plumbing, plastering, electrical, carpentry, painting, general maintenance duties, service heating and cooling units/ systems.
