Our contract management company seeking experienced Food & NutritionSupervisor for a long-term care facility in Cortland, NY area. This position is responsible for overseeing the food and nutrition under the direction of the Food Service Director. Supervision in long-term care or healthcare preferred.

Food and Nutrition Supervisor Responsibilities and Duties

·Overall supervision of the kitchen during scheduled shift. Properly opens or closes the department as required.

·Ensures proper sanitation of the kitchen and equipment incompliance with local, state, and federal regulations.

·Ensured meal service times are on schedule.

·Performs other job-related duties.

Food & Nutrition Supervisor with ServSafe certification preferred.

Food & Nutrition Supervisor must have at least one-year Supervisory experience in a kitchen or dietary environment, Supervision in a long-term care or healthcare preferred.
