Lucas Lawn & Landscape, Inc. is Hiring a Payroll/HR Administrator Near Indian, NC

Established Landscape company is searching for a Payroll and HR Administrator who is local to the Indian Trail area. (Bilingual English/Spanish necessary)

The position will work along with the Financial Administrator to support the day-to-day operations of our group Payroll / Timekeeping. This role is also responsible for administering all leaves of absence for employees, including leaves such as FMLA, ADA, and company paid time off programs, according to established policy, rule, and regulations. The Payroll HR Administrator will also become a specialist in the workings of our ADP payroll software, providing help with onboarding and recruitment to the management team as issues arise. The company also participates in several visa work programs. Experience in this area would be ideal.

Responsibilities would include:

Payroll

Responsible for start to finish processing for accurate and complete weekly payroll using the ADP Run system.

  • Processing all time related functions. (attendance, leaves, payroll, etc)
  • Processes wage garnishments, withholdings and child support orders.
  • Finalizing processed payroll and handing off to managers
  • Running additional bonus payroll if necessary
  • Compile reports as needed

  • Keep updated employee records with all relevant information (marital status, years of service, hours worked etc.)

  • Collaborate with various departments for payments and deductions

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years previous experience in managing all aspects of payroll
  • Minimum 3 years experience in managing benefit enrollments and changes
  • Proficient in English/Spanish languages
  • Ability to work alongside others
  • Intermediate to advanced skills in Excel
  • Experience with HR/Payroll HRIS systems

Pay: $55,000.00 - $62,000.00 per year
