We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Sales Associate to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, building relationships with customers, and assisting with sales and marketing initiatives.
Responsibilities :
- Greet customers and provide excellent customer service.
- Listen to customer needs and provide solutions.
- Maintain product knowledge and be able to explain features and benefits of products.
- Be able to upsell and cross-sell products.
- Process payments accurately and efficiently.
- Keep the sales floor organized and clean.
- General computer experience and knowledge is required.
