Luc's Cafe, established in 2001, is a traditional French bistro located off Main Street in Ridgefield, CT. We are looking for a host/hostess to join our team.

As a Host/Host, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience. This is a great opportunity to work in the hospitality industry and contribute to creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests.

Duties:
- Greet guests with a warm and friendly smile upon arrival
- Escort guests to their tables and present menus
- Assist in seating guests efficiently and effectively
- Manage waitlist during peak hours, ensuring accurate wait times
- Answer phone calls and assist with reservations or inquiries
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host/host station
- Provide assistance to guests with special needs or requests

Experience:
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent customer service abilities
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
