We are looking for a Legal Assistant to join our team and provide administrative support to our legal team. The successful candidate will be responsible for drafting legal documents, conducting research, and assisting with filing and organizing documents. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Responsibilities:
- Draft legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and briefs.
- Conduct legal research and analysis.
- Organize and maintain legal files.
- Assist attorneys in preparing for hearings, trials, and other legal proceedings.
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for attorneys.
- Communicate with clients, witnesses, and other professionals to gather information related to cases.
- Perform administrative tasks such as filing documents, answering phones, and scheduling appointments.
