What Will Be Your Environment :
Strategically located in the heart of Southern California’s medical device industry, the 53,000 square-foot facility is equipped with test laboratories for device testing and benchmarking, prototyping and development, and clean rooms for volume production with around 120 employees.
What You'll Do :
As a Manufacturing Operator Level II, you will provide support to the secondary operations, processing tubing after extrusion, a variety of inspections, including cutting, packaging, and making product available to ship to the customers.
You’ll collaborate with a diverse group of passionate individuals to deliver sustainable solutions to advance mobility, improve wellbeing and enhance modern life.
What We're Looking For :
- Trained in all safety procedures
- Able to complete all required documentation
- Documenting of work completed
- Material identification, comprehension, and management
- Basic math skills
- Comprehension of customer’s drawings / company work orders
- General quality standards / awareness
- Fractional and Metric conversions
- Good quality standards / awareness
- Moderate math skills
- Excellent quality standards / awareness (minimal rejections)
- Moderate supervision required
- Communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing - GDPs
- Performs other required duties as needed in addition to the essential duties and responsibilities described above
- Inspection using guidewires / mandrels.
- Proper use of Microscope
- Proper use and care of pin gages / snap gages
- Laser Mike set-up
- Inspect 100% standard tubing (shafts, etc.)
- Cut thin wall product
- Cutting standard tubing
- Setting up and running Accu-Cutter
- Preparing packages for shipment (inner and outer bags)
- Manual bag sealer w / heating element

- Successful completion of 4-years of high school, or any combination of education or equivalent.
- Ability to interpret drawings.
- Ability to follow precise directions.
- Ability to receive and provide instructions in a positive manner.
- Willing to work in a team environment and contribute to group goals.
