We are seeking an Inside Technical Sales associate who has experience in industrial machinery and/or heavy equipment. The successful candidate will be receiving incoming calls and web inquiries from prospects seeking solutions to a myriad of challenging lubricant applications. Ultimately, he/she will be involved in quoting system components as a BOM (Bill of Materials).
Ranging from simple remote grease mounting hardware, to automatic single point lubricators on to complex engineered automatic lubrication systems that serve multiple points, along with specific recommendations regarding lubricant types and lubrication management concepts, such as contamination control, filtration, condition monitoring et al., there is nothing in the field of lubrication we are not involved in.
You must have experience in B2B Industrial Sales or field experience in maintaining assets, preferably in one or more of the following: MRO, products that improve asset performance or reliability, electronics, plastics, steel, rubber, chemical/lubricants, gases or equipment and machine sales.
There will be a commitment necessary to learn and eventually be able to speak accurately about system design and componentry as well as the various applications and industries we serve.
As your experience and expertise grow, you will also be making outbound calls, conducting searches for potential clients,create and manage email blasts, perform marketing campaigns and effectively build our brand.

· Speak directly to engineers, plant managers, production managers and purchasing managers
· Open and develop new opportunities from scratch
· Penetrate markets that take precision, accuracy and both influential and consultative selling
Qualifications for the B2B Inside Sales Representative Position:
· 5 years’ experience in inside sales
· Experience in the Engineering, Industrial and/or Manufacturing industries-especially with regards to machine maintenance and asset protection
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills and exemplary professionalism are required
· Must be able to work independently and be highly motivated
· Persuasive communication style, strategic thinking and organization skills required
· Ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships
· Proficient with using a CRM
· Understanding of marketing and business development, and how sales -- while supported by those two components - is the ultimate resource for any company's growth and future
The starting salary will be based on:
· Industry experience
· Level of experience with small, medium and large companies and the number of personal contacts established
-Experience and value to the organization in email campaigns, social media promotion, direct sales to clients and understanding of our value proposition
· Several levels of assessments by key members of the company
· The candidate’s expectation of sales they believe they can develop
