The Machine Painter position will be a combination of the duties listed below. This is a great opportunity for someone looking for career growth and to learn the core functions at Lube-Power.

Responsibilities:

• Participates in activities with team members engaged in preparation, blasting, painting, and packaging processes.
• Cleans, preps, blasts, masks, and paints various simple and complex pieces of equipment alone or alongside others.
• Removes masking, installs tags, takes record photographs, applies preservation, prepares for shipping, packaging, and loading as parts of overall project.
• Manufactures quality products per customer specifications and internal procedures with all skills necessary to complete project on time.
• Carries out responsibilities in accordance with company policies, department procedures and work instructions.

Skills Required:

• Painting experience a plus
• Communication skills / organization skills
• Proficient in basic math
• Ability to obtain Fork Lift License
• Ability to obtain Crane Operators License

Work Environment:

The performance of this position requires exposure to production areas that require the use of personal protective equipment such as safety glasses with side shields, steel toe work boots, hearing protection, respirator, paint and blast suits. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate to at times loud.

Hourly Rate: $18.00 - $21.00 depending on experience.
