We are Denver’s premier manufacturer of window covering products including shades, blinds, draperies and shutters. We fabricate our products at our 30,000 square foot state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Arvada. Our customers are residential homeowners, shade and audio-visual dealers and commercial general contractors.

The Position

The Pergolas and Residential Sales Lead Project Manager II reports to the President of the Company and is responsible for leading all sales efforts for pergolas, exterior shades and window treatment projects for residential homeowners.

Our customers include homeowners as well as large construction projects such as office buildings, hotels and schools. Requirements – What We are Looking For

• Someone with several years of experience selling pergolas and exterior shades. works well independently as well as with the team.
• Someone comfortable selling directly to homeowners.
• Someone who is looking for a “home” with a small 50-employee private company.
• Lives within a short commute to Arvada, CO.
• Understands the issues that typically arise with installation of pergolas and window shades.

Compensation

Compensation consisting of the total of:

A salary of $60,000 to $70,000 per year depending upon background and experience, plus

A commission plan paid quarterly based upon sales volume, plus Participation in the company’s long-term cash incentive plan.

• Work generally happens within the hours of 7am to 4pm. No significant overtime and minimal travel.

• Eligible for summer Hours (i.e., Fridays off, 4 days 10 hours).
• 5 PTO days a year for initial year of employment, increasing with length of employment.
• Eligible for Christmas Break time off generally December 24th through January 3rd.
