Our Global client are urgently seeking an IT Hardware Technician / Analyst to join their team on a permanent basis.

As the IT Hardware Technician / Analyst, you will support the successful onboarding of new IT users within the business, assisting in account creation, hardware preparation and delivering user familiarisation sessions.

Key responsibilities of an IT Hardware Technician / Analyst:

• Setup and Configuration of end user hardware devices (Laptops, Desktops, Peripherals).
• Ordering of equipment from third party vendors and managing stock levels.
• Conducting end user familiarisation sessions for new joiners.
• Collecting and re-purposing hardware from leavers.
• Maintaining an Asset Database and tracking changes.
• Escalate breached calls and high priority incidents to management.
• Log all calls in the Service Desk Call Logging system.

Skills and experience held required as the IT Hardware Technician / Analyst:

• Experience as an IT Hardware Technician / Analyst for a Global company.
• Experience with part or all Intune, AutoPilot, SCCM or Access Management.
• Communication and Interpersonal Skills.
• Flexible and adaptable to changing business needs and processes.
• Confidence and presence to deal with Senior Management.
• Ability to prioritise/schedule work.
• Good Analytical skill in problem solving.
• Able to quickly identify potential problems and seek advice when required.
• Organisational and administrative skills.
