JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

End to End Infrastructure Support Program Project management

Onprem Cloud infrastructure support services

Project planning scheduling Kickoff Governance understand client requirement and come out with proposals and Client relationship management

Critical SLA Management Issue trend analysis

Project process management timely delivery

Program Management Onsite customer facing role with onsite offshore model

Conduct regular stakeholder governance schedules Weekly Monthly Quarterly

Manage risks issues without disrupting delivery support account for revenue growth by managing high profitability

Continue focus on upskilling team to next level

Expert customer support delivery

Delivery leadership experience in infra support services for a portfolio of multiple accounts

Excellent client management stakeholder governance skills

Excellent team and people management skills

Negotiate operational requirements with customer

Account mining Handling new proposals

Continuous Process Service Improvements and Infrastructure automations
