Must Have Skills:

1. Minimum 8 years of professional experience working as a Business Analyst
2. Proficient in preparing Business Process Mapping, Business Flow Charts and Business Flow Diagrams.
3. Working knowledge of common techniques, tools, and languages used

for enterprise analysis and business modelling such as UML and MS Visio etc.

1. Proficient in writing business requirements for financial systems especially for Payment Solutions suite of applications
2. Good in Preparing User Stories based on the existing application and Requirements

The ability to analyse data models to deliver logical conclusions.

1. Ability to break down business requirements into functional and nonfunctional specification for development teams
2. Expertise in performing Regression and User Acceptance Testing
3. Excellent Documentation skills, Presentation skills. Self-Starter, Quick Learner, and good team player

Good to Have:

1. Experience in writing SQL queries & performing Data Analysis
2. Domain: Banking
3. Process: Experience in Business Process Modelling is a added advantage
