Job Title: Enterprise Agile Coach

Work Location: San Diego, CA (Hybrid – Onsite)

Technical Skills (Primary):

• Certification as Agile Coach
• At least 5 or more years of experience working as Enterprise agile coach with proven track record of leading successful Agile transformation, creating strategy and roadmap for large organizations.
• Experience in implementing scrum, kanban, and scaled agile framework (SAFe)
• Strong skills for leading, educating, and coaching business & IT teams on Agile
• Strong understanding of various Agile Metrics w.r.t Throughput, Quality & Productivity
• Champion the use of metrics and other objective measures by teams
• Strong understanding of Agile, SDLC, must be familiar with DevOps concepts.
• Hands-on experience with Agile lifecycle management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Rally etc.
• Experience of leading agile workshops for developer, functional teams and for key stakeholders
• Hands on coaching skills, facilitation, and communication skills with ability to influence and inspire change at all levels.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are must as candidate will have to Coach business and technical teams.
• Drive cultural change by championing an agile mindset, and ensure the organization is adhering to industry best practices.

Technical Skills (Secondary – Nice to have, Not Mandatory):

• Insurance domain knowledge

Objectives of this role:

• Looking for an experienced coach to help transition our existing work practices to a full embrace of agile methodology.
• The agile coach will mentor and guide our employees in how to figure out the best solutions for their specific departmental challenges.
• This person will analyze organization’s existing infrastructure and implement improvements to help streamline processes and create efficiencies.
• Ultimately, the agile coach will play a key role in long-term strategy across the business, helping our teams deliver better products in a faster, more efficient manner.
