DutiesThe Quality Assurance Supervisor uses quality principles, tools, and key metrics to drive a culture of quality and results-oriented improvements throughout the organization. Leads cross-functional initiatives and teams to develop and improve organizational processes.This position leads and develops direct reports (quality engineers and inspectors) and cross-functional team members, as needed. The Quality Assurance Supervisor combines expertise in Continuous Improvement, quality management principles, tools and techniques to develop processes and metrics. Continually upgrades skills and abilities of the Quality team.Qualifications: Bachelors or equivalent degree program in Engineering or Physical SciencesAt least 5 years experience within a quality or manufacturing environmentWorking with textiles and soft goods a major plusSix Sigma Certification (preferred) Prior management experienceLTA Research & Exploration welcomes all candidates to apply including those with limited experience.
