Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Mason (Journey Worker) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in masonry and hardscape installations, with the ability to read blueprints and schematics.

Responsibilities:
- Perform masonry work including brick, block, and stone installations
- Execute hardscape projects such as patios, walkways, and retaining walls
- Welding for metal stud framing and roof structures
- Apply caulking and sealants as needed
- Operate heavy equipment for material handling and excavation tasks

Skills:
- Proficiency in masonry techniques and materials
- Experience in hardscape installation
- Ability to weld for metal stud framing and roofing projects
- Competence in reading blueprints and schematics
- Familiarity with heavy equipment operation

Qualifications
- Experience in using hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment
- Proficiency in masonry work, including concrete forming, rebar installation, and concrete finishing
- Ability to read blueprints and schematics for construction projects
- Knowledge of hardscape installation and renovation techniques
- Familiarity with carpentry, roofing, drywall, and stucco applications
- Strong attention to detail and precision in plastering, caulking, and trim carpentry
- Prior experience in frame carpentry, metal stud framing, and heavy equipment operation
- Skill in materials handling and management for construction projects

Must have 4 - 5 years experience as a mason and the ability to work independently with minimum instructions.
