General Characteristics:

Our product development team leverages sound engineering principles, broad design experience, in-house rapid prototyping, and external vendor relationships to bring ideas to reality. Mechanical engineers at LSINC specialize in industrial machine design, utilizing the latest technology in factory automation controls and motion control to create cutting-edge solutions for our customers. Our team atmosphere fosters collaboration. As a member of the Engineering team, the Electrical Engineer designs the electrical components of products.

Responsibilities:

• Provide electrical engineering technical expertise on projects
• Execute electrical design and assistance on a variety of projects
• Provide technical direction, prepares briefings, and assist in problem resolution on a range of projects
• Plan and execute tests, including post-test analysis and reporting
• Conduct risk assessments, resolve technical issues, and read/explain professional drawings
• Ensures documentation is accurate and updated as needed, and parts are labeled
• Assist in the proposal process, developing project budgets, and monitor project performance against budget
• Perform other duties as assigned by management or the team lead

Experience/Skills:

• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to execute risk assessment and problem resolution
• Excellent problem-solving and analysis skills
• Good oral and written communication skills

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
• Three years experience in electrical design with electronic circuit technology assembly process (analog, digital, and/or high voltage design) preferred
• Experience in the design, repair, and analysis of electronic systems. Must have exposure to engineering design principles and methodologies
• U.S. Citizenship
