$18 to $20 per hour
Must be fluent bilingual (English/Spanish)
LSI STAFFING is looking for an on-site staffing recruiter who will work directly at a client's location. They are responsible for the entire recruitment process, specifically focused on filling temporary staffing needs.
Here's a breakdown of the typical responsibilities and qualifications for this role:
Responsibilities
- Partner with client's management team to understand their specific staffing needs and qualifications for open positions.
- Screen resumes and conduct interviews to assess candidate skills and suitability for the role.
- Build positive relationships with both client and temporary employees.
- Oversee onboarding, payroll, and other administrative tasks for temporary workers (may vary by company).
- Track and analyze data to measure recruiting effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
- Proven experience in staffing or recruitment (typically 1-3 years)
- Strong understanding of the temporary staffing industry
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruiting software.
- Experience with various interview formats.
- Working knowledge of employment law and regulations (a plus)
- Flexible schedule
- Gain a deep understanding of the client's company culture and work environment.
- Help resolve any issues that may arise between temporary employees and the client.
