Resume and Interview $18.50 Monday through Friday, 7am-330pm HS DIPLOMA REQUIRED with proof. U.S Citizenship required with proof. Resume must include: 1 YEAR EXPERIENCE Work history- no more than 2 jobs within a year. Cabling/working in cabinets, computer repair, read blueprints/ diagrams. Electro/Mechanical Assembly Technician The Assembly Technician is responsible for the assembly, cabling, and testing of various types of electronic racks and cabinets. The Technician will be required to follow detailed construction drawings and documentation. The successful candidate will have mechanical aptitude, exhibit attention to detail, and enjoy learning new things. Responsibilities
Review work instructions to determine most efficient way to approach the build
Unpack equipment from shipping containers, inspect for physical defects or damage, and stage for installation
Inventory supplied equipment and material
Report any damaged equipment and / or material shortages
Track build process in our warehouse management system
Perform physical installation of equipment including network switches, servers, storage devices, PDUs and related equipment into racks and cabinets following the work instructions
Install cabling in a workmanlike manner following the provided work instructions and standards
Label cables in accordance with customer requirements
Follow the supplied Quality standards
Maintain a safe and clean work environment
Manage provided tool kit and report any damaged tools or additional tool requirements
Acquire additional skills as required

Qualifications
High School Diploma
Trade school certification or equivalent work experience
Minimum 1 year experience working in an assembly, fabrication, or installation capacity with a proven ability to follow instructions and assembly diagrams.

Document all symptoms, test results, and parts replaced in system.
Maintain parts consumption and overall inventory of customer owned spare parts pool.
Work and collaborate with other teams such as warehouse, shipping, receiving, and the customer.
Preferred Qualifications/Skills:
Experience constructing data center racks and cabinets
Experience installing copper and fiber optic cabling within an enclosure
Experience troubleshooting and repairing servers.
Inspect, test, and diagnose server failures.
Replace parts as needed.
Tech will be responsible for testing, trouble shooting, and replacement of parts on servers sent to SMS for diagnosis and repair. This will consist of but not limited to: Power supplies, Motherboards, and CPU.
