We are looking for a Quality Supervisor to support our Graphics Team out of our Houston, TX Location.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Supervise QA Inspectors
• Obtain a thorough working knowledge of all items and finished products
• Complete supervisory responsibilities such as annual employee appraisals, rewarding and disciplining, and planning, assigning and directing work
• Determine work procedures, prepare work schedules, and expedite workflow
• Train employees in production procedures, safety rules and regulations, and company policies
• Assist in the design and development of new and existing products
• Make any needed improvements to the department in order to increase efficiency
• Create and manage Quality Assurance Manual updates
• Review and ensure Vendor Quality Assurance
• Manage Quality Control Team
• Provide technical support to sales team and customers
• Maintain general housekeeping of work area including cleaning and organization
• Other duties may be assigned.
