The Production Control Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating production processes to ensure timely, efficient, and accurate delivery of products. This role involves monitoring production schedules, managing inventory, and liaising with various departments to optimize workflow. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Production Planning: Develop and maintain production schedules, ensuring alignment with demand forecasts and customer requirements.
• Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels of raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods to ensure adequate supply and minimize waste.
• Coordination: Coordinate with production, procurement, quality control, and logistics teams to ensure seamless production flow and on-time delivery.
• Data Analysis: Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement, implementing corrective actions as needed.
• Reporting: Generate and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly production reports to management, highlighting key performance indicators and any deviations from targets.
• Compliance: Ensure all production activities comply with company policies, industry regulations, and quality standards.
• Problem-Solving: Address and resolve any production issues promptly, collaborating with relevant departments to implement effective solutions.
• Continuous Improvement: Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in production control, planning, or a similar role within the food service or manufacturing industry.
• Proficient in production planning software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under tight deadlines.
