Position Overview:We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Dishroom Supervisor to join our team at LSG Sky Chefs. The Dishroom Supervisor will play a crucial role in overseeing the efficient operation of the dishwashing area, ensuring cleanliness, hygiene, and seamless flow of operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervision and Leadership:

• Lead and manage a team of dishwashing staff, ensuring efficient and organized workflow.
• Provide clear guidance, training, and support to dishroom personnel.
• Foster a positive and collaborative team environment.

Operational Efficiency:

• Oversee the daily operations of the dishwashing area, including sorting, washing, and sanitizing of kitchen equipment, utensils, and dishes.
• Implement and maintain standard operating procedures for dishwashing processes.
• Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring timely replenishment.

Quality Control:

• Ensure that all items are thoroughly cleaned, sanitized, and meet quality standards before being returned to service.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify and address any issues related to cleanliness and hygiene.

Safety and Compliance:

• Enforce safety protocols and compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with relevant teams to implement and maintain sanitation and hygiene standards.

Communication:

• Communicate effectively with kitchen and service staff to coordinate the timely availability of cleaned items.
• Report any equipment malfunctions or maintenance needs promptly.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional culinary or hospitality education is a plus.
• Proven experience in a supervisory role within a dishwashing or kitchen environment.
• Knowledge of industrial dishwashing equipment and chemicals.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
