LSG Sky Chefs with over 75 years of Catering history is hiring immediately for Full-Time team players to prepare products for our Airline, E-Commerce, and Retail customers. We are the world’s leading provider of end-to–end airline products and services with a fast growing footprint in Convenience Retail and Subscription Food Service.

Bakery Associates work in a fast paced environment through out 4 stages: staging bakery racks, staging pastries for production, decorating pastries and order picking. The position is ideal for someone who enjoys an active position and has a team player mentality. 

Principal Responsibilities – Bakery Associate:

• Staging bakery racks- first step in production- associates will position all bakery racks needed 
• Staging pastries- next associates will fill racks with the necessary amount of frozen pastries 
• Decorating- associates then divide into decorating stations to glaze, sprinkle, stripe and/or fill pastries 
• Order picking- associates will read order sheets and pick the order amounts for each pastry 
• Team Work- Candidates must work both independently and as a team to produce accurate and quality products

?Must be able to work any day of the week 

Our shifts do not rotate but candidates must be open to change shifts during seniority based shift bids. Shift bids can change your days off up to twice per year.

Eligible candidates must: 

• Be 18 years of age and eligible to work in the United States 
• Be able to stand for the duration of the shift 
• Be able to work in a cold room (cold gear provided after probationary period) 
• Be able to push, pull, lift, bend and squat with a minimum of 30lbs 
• Must be able to read and communicate in English 
• Be a team player and work well with a diverse team from all over the world! 

Additional eligibility requirements and details: 

• This is a Union Position- must be willing to pay union dues after 60 days ($12.75 weekly) 
• Must be available to work a full-time position, including Weekends and Holidays 
• Must be able to complete the application/orientation process in English 
• Must be able to clear a background and drug screen process
