LRE Foundation Repair, a regional leader in foundation repair and the concrete industry, is looking for a General Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will oversee the daily operations of our Ft. Lauderdale branch. The ideal candidate will have 5 years of experience in a director or manager level role.

What You Would Do

• MANAGEMENT – Coach, motivate, lead, and direct the production and sales operations of our Ft. Lauderdale branch.
• OPERATIONS – Assist with developing operational strategies by conducting needs assessments, performance reviews, customer feedback, capacity planning, and cost/benefit analysis.
• LEADERSHIP -Implement strategic and tactical initiatives.
• CULTURE – Live and breathe our company’s culture, purpose, mission, and values, placing consistent emphasis on creating an environment where employees want to come to work every day.
