Purpose

The Yard Attendants main objective is to maintain an organized, clean and effective equipment yard.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Visually inspect all equipment for damage, cleanliness, other issues and submit inspections
• Refuel equipment and accurately bill to the jobsite
• Grease and lube equipment 
• Clean equipment (inside and out) to maintain a rent-ready fleet
• Assist drivers in loading/unloading and locating buckets and equipment
• Other duties as assigned by manager 

Skills and Abilities 

• Able to Lift 70lbs
• Ability to safely climb in and out of heavy construction equipment
• Able to work in various weather conditions 
• Able to work off shift hours when needed 
• Service oriented attitude 
• Knowledge of heavy equipment preferred (dozers, excavators, forklifts, telehandlers, etc.)

Education 

• High School Diploma or GE
