Job Overview :

Business Solutions is a part of the Business Wealth Solutions (BWS) group, a growing professional services company within LPL Financial that helps advisors and institutions execute on their biggest opportunities.

You will report directly to the Vice President of Sales Enablement for LPL’s Business Wealth Solutions Group and have the opportunity for exposure and visibility with senior leaders across the division and firm.

The best candidate for this role will have experience scaling an omnichannel sales organization and a deep respect for the sales profession.

Responsibilities :

Develop and execute go-to-market approaches and structures for new business lines, products, and customer segments

Orchestrate and deliver content, information, and tools that empower the sales team to speak confidently about new products that will be launching

Curate and implement digital marketing editorial calendars for our Business Solutions blog, e-newsletter, email campaigns, digital ads, and social media platforms month over month to align with our platform’s overarching sales goals

Cultivate a deep understanding of new services offerings, positioning, and target personas

Lead cross-functional work stream across Marketing, Sales & MarTech, Product, Delivery, Sales & Distribution Partners before, during, and after the launch

Develop a command of a sales funnel and define major KPIs and metrics to track on an ongoing basis after the launch

Support sales resource planning & forecasting of new products

Nurture relationships with Sales, Marketing, and Product partners to help better optimize campaigns and keep interested parties updated

Manage campaign attribution to help better understand the impacts of self-generated and partner campaigns

Utilize mar-tech tools to help create and execute digital campaigns to help drive leads for Business Solutions offerings

Manage content portal, continuously review content and activity, and pull reporting

Coordinate internal resources, third parties / vendors, and all other stakeholders for the execution of contracts

Ensure content is currently in internal enterprise-level systems, including compliance systems.

Manage internal sales meeting logistics, including agendas and recaps for team meetings, including in-person meetings and sales training

Work closely with a conference planner to execute effectively on conference strategy

Research fresh ideas for meeting sales goals through events and expo hall

Implement lead generation, niche prospecting processes, and workflow for implementations for each of our propriety solutions to drive business growth

Establish and measure ROI and KPIs such as email CTR, social media engagement, and website traffic

What are we looking for?

Requirements :

5 years of sales enablement, strategy, or digital marketing experience in a high-growth B2B environment or operational experience in a business insights / analytics role

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, sales, marketing, or related field

Core Competencies :

Experience with B2B sales cycle and leveraging data to identify opportunities throughout the sales cycle to increase sales

Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint

Strong analytical skills and a structured approach to solving unique business problems

Ability to develop effective working relationships with various people in business, operations, and IT

Highly effective communications skills and a successful track record of building solid relationships

Advanced experience in Salesforce Lightning & related objects : Salesforce Engage, Leads, Opportunities, Campaigns, Contracts, Forecasts, Contact & Activities

Deep understanding of marketing technology and how it integrates into the business landscape (especially Pardot and Showpad)

Preferences : Knowledge in Tableau

Knowledge in Tableau

Logical and detail-oriented, with the ability to identify conflicting requirements

Has an enthusiastic roll up your sleeves mentality

Pay Range :

$99,560-$149,340 / yearActual base salary varies based on factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.
