Job Description:
Seeking an effective, reliable and organized individual for a full time, permanent role supporting a fast-paced Homeowners Association Property Management company.
Job Duties:
-Perform maintenance and minor repairs to the building and facilities.
-Landscaping maintenance including but not limited to mowing the lawn, landscaping flowerbeds, pesticide application, performing routine maintenance on the sprinkler system, trimming, and raking etc.
-Conduct routine, non-licensed inspection of facilities including fire equipment, HVAC, and elevator/elevator phone.
-Ensure all equipment on site is in working order.
-Maintain inventory control over all equipment and supplies
-Maintain building maintenance logs and records
-Respond to emergency situations during and after hours for the purpose of resolving immediate concerns.
