POSITION SUMMARY
The Maintenance Planner leads a team that is responsible for planning, documenting, and implementing preventative, predictive and project maintenance for plant equipment and facilities. This role must define, track, monitor, and estimate required work request hours, part and supply costs, and maintain a consistent tracking system. Duties of this role will include partnering with cross-functional technicians, engineers, operations, and managers to establish and implement a schedule of proactive maintenance activities during appropriate downtime windows.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Education: Minimum of an Associate degree or two-year certification in a related technical field or equivalent experience required. A Bachelor degree in a technical field preferred.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of relevant manufacturing experience is required, if degreed. Minimum of 7 years of relevant manufacturing experience is required, if non-degreed. Previous experience as a lead or supervisor is preferred.
