Under the general supervision of the Manager of Respiratory Care provides intensive and general respiratory care services to neonatal, pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients upon receiving written prescriptions from a physician. Also functions as a Clinical Resource Leader within the structure of the department's clinical ladder.
What you will need:
Required: Associates Degree OR equivalent training acquired via work experience or education
Preferred:Bachelor's Degree
Specify Degree(s):Respiratory Therapy
Minimum Experience:
Required:1-2 years of previous job-related experience
Preferred:3-5 years of previous job-related experience
Licensure/Certifications:
Required:
Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT)
CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation)
Current Respiratory Care License State of Illinois
Preferred:
ACLS (Advanced Cardio Life Support Certified)
Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) Recognition
PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support)
Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT)
