Duties and Responsibilities | Loyola University Chicago Advancement Operations seeks a Data Engineer to serve as a key member of Information Services and Reporting (ISR) team to support key fundraising activities. The Data Engineer reports to the Director of Information Services and Reporting and serves as the technical translator between end users of Advancement technology and data and the internal / external resources for these services. Data Warehousing / ETL Support (50%)
Database Optimization (30%)
Business Support (15%)
Other Duties as Assigned (5%)
This position is based in our Chicago (Lewis Towers) office, with the opportunity to work from home in the greater Chicago area. On occasion, an in-office presence in the Lewis Towers office may be required. |
Minimum Education and/or Work Experience | Bachelor's degree in Business, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of experience and training. Three or more years of experience in Data Integration, Big Data, or Business Intelligence required. |
