Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Tow Truck Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely towing and transporting vehicles to designated locations.
Responsibilities:
- Operate a tow truck to transport vehicles to repair shops or other locations
- Load and unload vehicles onto flatbeds or tow dollies
- Perform basic mechanical tasks such as jump-starts and tire changes
- Utilize automotive diagnostics to assess vehicle issues
- Maintain cleanliness and functionality of tow truck equipment
- Provide excellent customer service during interactions with clients
- Handle conflict management situations professionally and efficiently
Requirements:
- Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with clean driving record
- Experience in towing, automotive repair, or related field preferred
- Mechanical knowledge for basic vehicle troubleshooting
- Ability to operate a forklift for loading/unloading vehicles
- Proficiency in using tow truck equipment and tools
- Strong communication skills and customer service orientation
- Willingness to work flexible hours and weekends as needed
