Responsibilities

• Performs trim and finishes carpentry including molding, base details, panel and marlite finishes, countertops, shelves, and painting.
• Performs welding / brazing using mig wire welder, oxy / acetylene torch, and arc welder.
• Performs general building maintenance including basic electrical, plumbing, floor tile and acoustical repair, masonry, and HVAC.
• Assists service person and electricians as needed.
• Performs all other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

• Maintain a driver's license and a good driving record.
• Demonstrate use of hand tools, saws, drills, and welders.
• Demonstrate the knowledge gained by 5 - 7 years general construction / carpentry experience.
• Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Maintain balance on a ladder.
• Ability to lift 60 lbs. occasionally and 10 lbs. consistently.
