RESIDENTIAL REHABILITATION TEAM LEADER – INTENSIVE HOUSING

Position Summary:

This position will be responsible for the effective working of the team for interviewing, developing, scheduling, training and day-to-day supervision of Residential Supervisors and facility oversite. Now hiring for a 4 - Day Work Week Monday - Thursday!

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee upkeep of facilities; ensure that Health & Safety standards are met and that a safe environment is provided for staff and members. Ensure that the houses and physical environment of members are safe, clean, and in accord with applicable agency policies or administrative regulations.
• Provide monthly home review on site; LBHA home inspections.
• Assume responsibility for clinical case reviews.
• Provide coverage for Residential Supervisors as needed.
• Coach Residential Supervisors monthly. 
• Review referrals and facilitate placement of new members into residential and current members targeted for community services to ensure an orderly and timely transition to independent living and supported housing.
• Work collaboratively with Program Director regarding member’s IRP development.
• Develop revenue and control expenses in accordance with assigned team budget.
• Ensure that all the EHR report-writing and documentation generated by the team is timely, accurate, and reflects a high professional standard.
• Review and ensure the EHR schedules are completed by the Residential Supervisors and Residential Specialists.

Qualifications, Education and Experience:

• Formal training at a master’s degree level in human services and/or at least five years’ experience working with people recovering from severe mental illness in psycho-social programs.
• A CRC or CPRP certification is preferred. 
• Two years of experience in a supervisory capacity with evidence of teamwork development and leadership.

• Current CPR and First Aid certification. 
• Valid full driver’s license and safe driving record; reliable transportation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Understanding of psycho-social and residential rehabilitation concepts and implementation including assessment, IRP development, crisis intervention, working knowledge of community-based services and resources.
• Meet credentialing and privilege requirements as set out in Policy and Procedures.
